Notary's House is the house and office of Valadilene's Notary. It is located on the town's main street.
Appearance[]
Notary's House is the second biggest house in the city, after the Mayor's House. There is an automaton next to the entrance. It allows the notary to read important papers from arriving people without standing up from his desk. It was constructed by the Voralbergs, who made many devices to help people in town.
History[]
Kate Walker visited the Notary on April 17th 2002 during her visit in Valadilene to conclude the sale of the factory. Upon arrival she learned that Anna Voralberg left the Notary a letter in which she revealed that her brother Hans is in fact still alive and that he is the remaining heir to the factory. The Notary gave the letter to Kate and said that she will need to find Hans if she wants to conclude the sale. He also allowed her to take a key to the factory where she may find some more useful information. After that Kate left to let the Notary rest.
She returned after some time to aprove the authorisation of the use of the Voralberg's train, in order to leave the city.

- The automaton located at the entrance proved to be a very helpful device because of the Notary's sickness.
