Universal Toy Company contacted Marson & Lormont Ass. to strike a deal in their name with Anna Voralberg, in connection with their takeover of the Mechanical Toy and Puppet Factory owned by Voralberg Manufacturing. They sent their lawyer, Kate Walker, to complete the deal.
Mr. Marson would call Kate regularly to check on the case. Due to it being constantly prolonged he grew more and more impatient with the young lawyer.
Syberia II[]
Pressured by Kate's family, the firm decided to sent a private detective after Kate, who stoped answering calls. They hired Nick Cantin, the best avaliable detective. Unfortunately, he was not able to locate her at the time.
